Chronic Illness #

Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) #

of-Life Care: The medical, emotional, and spiritual support provided to individuals who are nearing the end of their lives. End-of-life care focuses on ensuring comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients and their families.

Financial Planning #

The process of setting financial goals, creating a budget, saving for retirement, and managing investments to ensure a secure financial future. In retirement, financial planning becomes crucial to maintaining financial stability and independence.

Functional Fitness #

Gerontology #

Health Promotion #

Holistic Wellness #

An approach to health and well-being that considers the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Holistic wellness focuses on achieving balance and harmony in all aspects of life to promote optimal health and vitality.

Long #

Term Care: Services and supports provided to individuals who need assistance with activities of daily living due to age, disability, or chronic illness. Long-term care can be provided in various settings, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home care.

Medicare #

A federal health insurance program for individuals aged 65 and older, as well as younger people with certain disabilities. Medicare helps cover healthcare costs, including hospital stays, doctor visits, and prescription drugs.

Mental Health #
